Zoldbab Fozelek

Ingredients

  • Wax Beans sliced, makes about 6 c at least
  • Water/vegetable broth enough to cover beans
  • 3 cloves of garlic thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion

Instructions

  • Bring to boil on high, Lower to medium and cook until tender
  • Season with salt, sugar and pepper to taste OR Hungarian Vegeta seasoning OR vegetable seasoning powder
  • Dissolve 1/2 c flour in enough water or vegetable broth, stir in mixture to thicken wax beans
  • Serve immediately
