Wild Strawberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp cooking vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tsp Hungarian pear essence
  • 1 pack 45 g Knorr Gyümölcsleves Szamóca
  • 1/2 cup meringue candy grind it using a coffee grinder (I left over from royal icing when I made decorated sugar cookies, I sprayed it and baked it into meringue)

Instructions

  • Mix the dry ingredients, make a hole in the middle, pour in the wet ingredients, stir well
  • Brush the baking pan with butter or margarine, add flour, spread evenly
  • Pour in the mixture
  • Bake at 325 F until a skewer or knife is not wet (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes)
