Watermelon Agua Fresca

Ingredients

  • 750 ml x 2 watermelon flesh
  • 5 - 6 tbsp sugar
  • 2-3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 c water

Instructions

  • Place everything in Instant Pot blender, process into smoothie, strain for the juice only
  • Serve chilled
