Vegan Scrambled Egg

block extra firm Tofu
drain and press, then crumble

olive oil

medium onion
diced

garlic
diced

bell pepper
diced

tbsp
chickpea flour
1
tbsp
nutritional yeast
1
pinch
turmeric powder
Vegeta powder to taste

generous pinch kala namak
Instructions
Heat oil, saute onion garlic pepper until soften
Stir in crumbled Tofu and the rest of the ingredients
Serve on toast. Top with avocado slices and sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper
