Vegan Scrambled Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 block extra firm Tofu drain and press, then crumble
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 medium onion diced
  • 2 garlic diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 1 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 pinch turmeric powder
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • 2 generous pinch kala namak

Instructions

  • Heat oil, saute onion garlic pepper until soften
  • Stir in crumbled Tofu and the rest of the ingredients
  • Serve on toast. Top with avocado slices and sprinkle with freshly cracked black pepper
  • Enjoy!
