chia seeds

hot boiling water
a squirt of low/zero calories sweetener
1/2
of a mango
process to juice/puree with 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
slivered almond for topping
dried fruit
e.g pineapple for topping
Instructions
Mix flax and chia, pour hot water, mix. Stir in sweetener.
Puree mango with milk, pour into chia mixture. Sprinkle with almond and dried pineapple.
