Vegeta powder as needed

Ground cumin as needed
a pinch or two
Dried tarragon as needed

Storebought smoked tofu
Instructions
Rice
Rinse rice burghul and quinoa, place in rice cooker pot
Add enough water and stir in Vegeta and flaxseed
Press the cook button 😉
Veggies
Line aluminium foil on a pan, spray with oil light light
Mix everything and spread on pan
Bake on preheated 375 for 30 mins
