Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c chickpea flour
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and BP
  • 1/2 c coconut palm sugar orig was brown sugar
  • 1/4 c cocoa powder
  • 6 oz vegan chocolate orig was semisweet
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp white bean aquafaba 3 tbsp black bean aquafaba (orig was 2 eggs)
  • 6 tbsp solid coconut oil orig was butter

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate, cocoa, coconut oil in micro (orig was over simmering hot water)
  • Mix dry
  • Mix the rest with balloon wisk until combined, then pour in choc mixture followed with dry mixture
  • Pour into parchment lined pan
  • Bake on preheated 350 F for 35 mins (orig was 15-17 mins but my batter still very much runny)
