Vanilla Cake with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1 tsp BSoda
  • A pinch of salt
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 1 c water
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Ganache

  • 1/4 c almond milk
  • 3/4 c DF choc chips

Instructions

  • Mix dry
  • Mix in wet
  • Bake on preheated 350 F for 25 mins

Ganache

  • Heat milk, stir in choc
  • Cool to room tempt or desired consistency
  • Spread onto cake layers and cover the whole cake
  • Decorate with vegan friendly fondant
