Ingredients

  • 1 bag grated ube you can get it from the Filipino store, normally sold frozen
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp ube flavoring you can get it from the Filipino store, in small bottle
  • 1/4 c unsalted butter

Instructions

  • Place everything into a pot, cook until thickened to your liking
