Tumis Bayam

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half package of bean sprouts
  • Half to one whole package of spinach
  • Tiny bit of water if needed
  • Vegeta seasoning powder to taste
  • 1 tbsp corn oil

Instructions

  • Heat wok and saute garlic
  • Add in sliced, washed and drained spinach, stir to soften then add in washed and drained sprouts (there is enough water from the washed veggies so normally I dont add additional water, but if needed, do add some!)
  • Add vegeta and serve immediately!
