Toum

Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

  • 40 garlic peeled (at least 40, more or less is up to you of how strong you’d want it to be)
  • 2 c canola oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • sour cream as needed

Instructions

  • Mix garlic, oil, lemon juice and salt in a food processor
  • Spoon some mixture into a bowl, mix with sour cream, and ready to use
