Toltott Paprika

Ingredients

  • 2 bags of bell pepper 8 at least, 12 would be perfect!
  • 2 c rice
  • 1.2 kg ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2-4 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
  • 4 eggs
  • 1-2 cans to tomato paste
  • Water 1 tomato paste, use 2-3 cans water, doubled the measurement if you’re using 2 cans of tomato paste

Instructions

  • Cut the stem top off the peppers, remove seeds, wash and set aside
  • In a large bowl, place the rest of the ingredients except tomato paste and water, and mix well
  • Fill bell peppers with meat mixture and place them into a pot
  • Mix tomato paste with water and pour into the pot, covering the bell pepper
  • Cook, bring to boil, on medium heat, for 1 H
