Tempe Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 block tempeh mine was black beans and soybeans, steam for 8 minutes, mash - about 300 g
  • 1 - 1 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp coriander ground
  • 1/2 of a large purple Onion diced
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
  • 1 flax egg

Instructions

  • Mix everything and shape into 4 patties
  • Grill for 7 mins on each side
  • Serve in buns with ketchup and mustard and your fav. Salad
