Tahu Ayam Kukus

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c diced baby potatoes
  • 1/3 c diced baby carrots
  • 3-4 tbsp Chinese celery
  • 1/4 c green onion
  • 1 kg ground chicken
  • 1 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 bags tofu puff ready to use

Instructions

  • Make cross incisions on tofu, set to side
  • In a bowl, mix veggies (the baby potatoes and from a mix colorful potatoes by the way), then add in ground chicken and the rest of the ingredients, until completely combined
  • Using a small spoon, fill in tofu through the incisions, with chicken mixture
  • Preheat your steamer to fully boil, steam filled tofu for 20-40 minutes, depending on how full you fill the steamer
