Make cross incisions on tofu, set to side
In a bowl, mix veggies (the baby potatoes and from a mix colorful potatoes by the way), then add in ground chicken and the rest of the ingredients, until completely combined
Using a small spoon, fill in tofu through the incisions, with chicken mixture
Preheat your steamer to fully boil, steam filled tofu for 20-40 minutes, depending on how full you fill the steamer
