Ingredients
- 4 swiss chard
- 3 kale
- 1 banana mashed, add into, once other fruits and veggies juices up
- 2 apples
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 c spinach
- 1 grapefruit not fond juicing it hahaha
- 1 carrot
Instructions
- run through everything in the juicer, except for banana
