Mix flour and vegeta powder in a bowl
Slice ribs into bite size, coat them with the flour mixture
Pour oil into a (electric) wok
Place ribs into the electric wok, turn it on, then brown the ribs, place on a plate
Slice onion and garlic, thinly
Saute onion, garlic, and bay leaf on leftover oil/grease in the wok, until fragrant and soften, on low-medium heat
Add in ketchup, raisin, sugar, vinegar, stir to combine
Pour in hot water, let it boil for a bit
Dump in browned ribs, stir evenly
Season with salt and pepper
Continue cooking, covered, on low-med heat, for at least 45 mins, depending on how tender youd like your ribs to be
