Sweet and Sour Noodle

Ingredients

can of salmon
drain, flake
1
Shirataki noodle
drain, rinse, drain
1/2
of medium onion
sliced
2
cloves
of garlic
sliced thinly
1
green onion
sliced
1/2
tbsp
vinegar
1
tbsp
Tamari soy sauce
1
sachet Splenda
1/2
tbsp
ketchup
1/2
tbsp
fresh lemon juice
oil as needed
toasted sesame seeds as needed
Instructions
Heat oil, saute onion and garlic
Add in vinegar, soy sauce, splenda, ketchup, lemon juice, and salmon, stir well, cook for 2 minutes
Add in noddle and green onion, stir and cook for 2 minutes
Place on serving plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds
