Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
Using food processor, add oil, milk, juice, eggs, blueberries together, and pulse to smooth liquid
Pour liquid the bowl of flour mixture, fold til just combined
Grease muffin pan, pour batter per 1/2 c, top with a couple of rinsed frozen blueberries
Bake muffins on preheated 400 F, for 18-20 minutes
