Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • nutmeg
  • salt
  • 25 dkg breadcrumbs
  • 5 dkg flour

Instructions

  • Boil the cleaned potatoes in salted water until soft and mash while still warm. Mix with the yolks of the two eggs, the flour, the nutmeg and 5 dkg of breadcrumbs
  • With floured hands, form balls the size of a ping-pong ball, roll them in breadcrumbs and shape them into a "süni" shape. Place the eyes by pressing the thumb and forefinger together
  • Fry in hot oil, then stick with peeled almonds cut into strips. Make the eyes from two cloves.
