Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c almond milk
- 2-3 tbsp aquafaba
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- A drop or two strawberry oil
- 1/4 c sugar brown, coconut palm etc whichever
- 2 c flour
- 1 generous tbsp BP
- A pinch or two of salt
Instructions
- Whisk milk and aquafaba, then mix in the rest
- Cook according to your waffle maker
- Serve as is or with strawberry jam
