Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, pour in wet ingredients, stir to combine
Strain if needed, to ensure no lumps
Brush Teflon with a tsp olive oil on medium heat
Pipe/pour/squirt some batter on Teflon as shown on picture (like a whirl) - you can use piping bag or pancake bottle, or even spoon/measurement cup.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, covered, until pores appeared.
Flip and cook for another 1 minute
Roll pancake into flower shaped.
Put a spoon of strawberry jam on serving plate and place pancake flower on the jam
Decorate with sliced strawberries (for the leaves, I cut some fragrant leaf, *Pandan*)
