Cake
Cake: Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a square pan with parchment paper. Mix dry ingredients, mix in wet ingredients, pour batter into prepared pan, bake for 25-30 mins, until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool to room temperature
Glaze
Glaze: Bring to boil water, powder, jam. Stir in strawberry pureed, cook for another 2 mins. Cool slightly.
Cream
Cream: Scoop the solid cream from the chilled coconut milk, beat along icif sugar until whipped cream consistency
Assemble
Assemble: Poke holes on cake, pour glaze on top, chill cake for 30 mins. Cover with cream and decorate with strawberry slices. Chill an H before serving.
