Stir Fry On Rice

Ingredients
- 2 c frozen veggies
- 1 frozen beef patty
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Vegeta powder
- 1 tsp mushroom granules
- A pinch of ground white pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3/4 c water
Instructions
- Melt butter
- Saute garlic, stir in beef patty, cook until crumbly and browning
- Add in eggs, scrambled
- Stir in rinsed veggies, season
- Mix cornstarch and water, pour solution into pan, stir to thickened
- Serve with rice immediately
