Spicy Vegan Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c flour
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • A pinch of ground white/black pepper
  • 1 c each water and nut milk
  • 2 bags of cauliflower @ 340 g each

Instructions

  • Mix dry, mix in wet
  • Coat cauliflower
  • Spray aluminum foil lined pan (or parchment paper)
  • Bake cauliflower on preheated 450 F for 25 mins
  • Melt 2 tbsp vegan margarine, stir in 1/2 c Yucatan hot sauce
  • Take out cauliflower, brush with hot sauce, bake for 25 mins more
  • Serve with your favorite dipping, as is, and/or with Indonesian Acar (recipe posted a couple vids down)
