salt and sugar to taste

tablespoons
of frying oil or 2 tablespoons of margarine

garlic
crushed

big cans of Mackerel in Tomato Sauce/in Chili Sauce
Instructions
Saute garlic, onion, chili, shallots, and ginger (optional) until they produced nice scent, then add in Mackerel, stir well
Add in salt and sugar
Add in water, stir well
Serve hot on top of a warm rice immediately
