Instructions
Day 1
Mix all ingredients, cover with cling wrap, let stand to room temperature
Day 2
Remove some of the mixture from the jar, leaving only 70 g starter, and add in the flour and water, wrap again, let stand to room temperature
Day 3
For Day 3, do the same step as Day 2
Day 4 and 5
Repeat steps for Day 4 and 5 as well, but lessen the water
Day 6
For Day 6, remove some of the mixture from the jar, leaving only 60 g of mixture, then add flour and water
Day 7
For Day 7, remove some until only 25 g, and add flour and water
Once bubble and smells nice sour scent, it's ready. Store in the fridge, ready to use.
