Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp skim milk powder
  • Enough water mixed with milk powder, to produce 287 ml liquid
  • 400 g bread flour
  • 200 g ap flour
  • 85 g sugar
  • A generous pinch of salt
  • 120 g sourdough starter
  • 2 eggs
  • 55 g margarine

Instructions

  • Mix everything, then knead in margarine
  • Let rest 6 H
  • Roll flat and spread/sprinkle: Enough melted margarine, Enough raisin, Enough brown sugar, Enough cinnamon powder
  • Roll and slice
  • Place on Dutch oven
  • Let stand 2 H
  • Cover and chill over night
  • Bake at preheated 375 F for 35-45 mins
