Sop Daging

Beef and Veggies Soup

Ingredients

  • 600 g beef cubes slice into smaller bites
  • 5 large potatoes peel and cube
  • Half bag baby carrots slice
  • 2 head of broccoli use the florets only
  • 1/2 head cabbage rip or slice
  • Grape tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro thinly sliced
  • 3 green onions sliced
  • 1 med onion
  • 6 garlic
  • 1/2 c water

Instructions

  • In a food processor, mix water, onion and garlic into a fine paste, set to side
  • Brown beef, add in 12 c water, bring to boil
  • Drop in potatoes, carrots, bring to boil for 8-10 mins
  • Add in broccoli, boil for 5-8 mins
  • Add in cabbage and onion mixture, stir to combine, continue boiling
  • Season with chicken bouillon powder, celery salt, and white pepper powder
  • Once veggies tender, stir in sliced cilantro, green onions and tomatoes, boil for another t mins
  • Serve with rice or pasta
