Slow Cooker Country Stew

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups of water
  • 2 large potato cubed
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 large onions sliced
  • 1 can tomato paste I love the herb and spices flavor
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 can peas some other time I’d use chickpeas instead and still yummo!
  • 2 pounds of stew meat
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • baguette

Instructions

  • Combine meat, peas, tomato soup, carrots, potato, onions, water, bay leaf. salt and pepper in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high setting for 4 hours.
