cinnamon powder, all spice powder

palm sugar

vegetable shortening
Royal Icing

can of aquafaba
from 540 ml canned chickpeas, aquafaba is the water

of icing sugar
for runny consistency, 9 c for thicker (piping)
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Cream shortening and brown sugar
Beat in molasses and flax egg
Add in dry mix a little at a time
Knead a little, roll flat, cut
Bake for 5 mins on 350 F, convection oven
Cool on rack completely
Royal Icing
Beat aquafaba until frothy, then beat in icing sugar 1 c at a time, until desired thickness is reached
