Sheperd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 500 g lean ground beef
  • 2 tbsp diced Onion
  • 3 Garlic slice thinly
  • 1/2 bag frozen mixed veggies 350 g
  • A big pinch each of Tarragon Basil, Rosemary, Thyme
  • A hanful crushed Parsley
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 1-2 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • 2 tbsp flour diluted in enough water
  • 4 large red potatoes peel, steam
  • Enough unsalted butter 1-2 tbsp
  • Enough milk
  • Chicken bouillon powder to taste
  • 1/2 block of pizza mozzarella cheese grate

Instructions

  • Brown beef, then stir in onion and garlic, cook until fragrant, add in frozen veggies
  • Season, then pour in flour solution to thickened, take off of heat
  • Spread beef on rectangular pan
  • Grate cheese and sprinkle some on top of the beef
  • Make mash potato of the steamed potatoes, with butter, milk, and season it with chicken bouillon powder, fold in some of the grated cheese. Spread mashed potatoes on top of the beef.
  • Sprinkle top with more cheese and bake for 20 mins on preheated 400 F, then sprinkle with the rest of the grated cheese, bake for another 10 mins
  • Slice and serve
