Slice chicken into diagonal strips, not too thin, not too thick. Preheat oven to 325 F, bake chicken for 20-25 minutes; turn off oven, let stand chicken inside the oven for 15-20 minutes
Mix 1 tbsp cayenne, 1/4 tbsp ground black pepper and enough salt. Add in 1 tbsp sesame seeds, mix well.
Take out chicken from oven, pour 3 tbsp sesame oil on the chicken, and mix well using your clean hands.
Roll chicken strips onto sesame seeds mixture and place on a plate. At this stage, you will need to mix cayenne, etc, to coat the rest of the chicken; so in the end, I ended up needing 3 tbsp sesame seeds etc as stated on the ingredients
Place coated chicken in the fridge for at least an hour
Heat enough peanut oil, saute chicken until brown on both sides in medium heat.
Place cooked chicken on serving plate
Then add in minced garlic into the pan followed with sesame oil and soy sauce+vinegar
Pour sauce all over fried chicken
Serve with salad lettuce, thinly sliced green onion and bean sprouts; all mixed with Asian Sesame Dressing
Enjoy
