Preheat a steamer, lined with banana leaf
Mix cassava, sugar, agar-agar, and cornstarch in a bowl, stir in coconut milk
Divide mixture into two, colored one with a drop of pandan paste, while the other half with red food coloring and vanilla extract
Pour mixture on steamer and steam for 40 mins
Meanwhile, place coconut in a bowl, add in water and salt, mix. Microwave for 1 minute
Slice cassava cake into bites and roll in coconut
Push cake bites onto skewer
