Chicken bouillon powder to taste
Cube and fry the potatoes with a little sunflower oil, only half cooked, set aside
Mix beef ingredients and shape into balls or rounds, and brown them using the leftover oil, from frying the potatoes. Set aside.
Using the same pan and oil, brown the chicken, set aside.
All the potatoes, meatballs, chickens, are only half cooked, btw.
Turn oil, garlic and water into a fine paste.
Now spoon some of the leftover oil (2 heaping tbsp) and use a clean pot, saute the paste til fragrant. Turn down heat.
Add in fried chicken and meatballs, pour in water and sauces, rice vinegar, plus sesame oil, stir, season with bouillon powder, stir again and let it boil fully, until chicken cooked through, on low-medium heat (for at least 10 mins).
Add in fried potatoes, grape tomatoes, and cubed bell pepper. Cook until potatoes tender and bell pepper softened (8-10 mins).
Serve with warm rice and enjoy
