Ingredients

  • 150 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g berry sugar superfine/castor
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 pouch vanilla sugar
  • 150 g tapioca starch
  • 50 g AP flour
  • 1/2 tsp BP
  • Raisins for topping

Instructions

  • Mix tapioca, flour, baking powder in a bowl, set aside
  • Cream butter and sugar, until totally combined and creamy, then beat in yolks, followed with vanilla sugar
  • Stir in flour mixture, and mix with spatula
  • Pipe dough onto greased cookie sheet and top with raisins
  • Bake cookies for 10-15 mins on preheated 300 F
  • Cool on rack and enjoy
