Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Ingredients
- 100 g unsalted butter
- 100 g vegetable shortening
- 200 g berry sugar superfine/castor
- 2 yolks
- 50 g dark chocolate bar grate
- 250 g AP flour
- 1 tsp Nescafe instant granule
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder Dutch cocoa powder is great as well
- Candy topping
Instructions
- Mix flour, coffee, and cocoa powder in a bowl, set to side
- Cream butter, shortening, and sugar, until pale and well combined
- Beat in yolks, then fold in grated chocolate
- Mix in flour mixture
- Pipe dough onto greased pan, decorate with candy topping, and bake on preheated 300 F for 15 mins
- Cool on rack completely before storing
