Ingredients

  • Long beans slice/cut finger length or shorter, it’s up to you
  • Baby carrots slice/cut
  • Coconut milk
  • Dried galangal 1 piece
  • Daun Salam 2 leaves
  • Onion 1/2 small and 4 garlic, mix in a food processor until smooth with 1/4 c water
  • Turmeric powder a tiny pinch
  • Coriander ground
  • Hungarian Vegeta powder to taste (plus nutritional yeast!)
  • 1 bag tofu puff

Instructions

  • Bring everything to boil, adding some water (measurement is up to you, perhaps about 2-3 c, depending how much soup you’d like to have), until beans and carrots tender, add in tofu puff. Cook for another 5-8 mins
  • Serve as is or with warm rice
