Ingredients
Long beans
slice/cut finger length or shorter, it’s up to you
Baby carrots
slice/cut
Coconut milk
Dried galangal
1 piece
Daun Salam
2 leaves
Onion
1/2 small and 4 garlic, mix in a food processor until smooth with 1/4 c water
Turmeric powder
a tiny pinch
Coriander ground
Hungarian Vegeta powder
to taste (plus nutritional yeast!)

bag tofu puff
Instructions
Bring everything to boil, adding some water (measurement is up to you, perhaps about 2-3 c, depending how much soup you’d like to have), until beans and carrots tender, add in tofu puff. Cook for another 5-8 mins
Serve as is or with warm rice
