skinless, chicken breast

coarse Kosher salt
depending on how much water you used for the paste

generous pinches of white pepper powder
Peanut Sauce

roasted and salted peanuts

x 3 water
thick or thin sauce depending what you like
Cayenne powder
to taste
Garlic powder
to taste

envelopes of sweetener
or sugar, white or palm sugar, to taste and/or add sweet soy sauce, such as Indonesian ABC brand
Lime juice
to taste
Instructions
Soak bamboo skewers in water for at least 30 minutes
Marinade
Place spices, kafir lime leaf, garlic, onion and a little water into food processor, process into fine paste
Slice chicken breast into strips, marinade at least 30 minutes
Thread chicken strips onto skewers
BBQ til done
Serve with peanut sauce
Peanut Sauce
Process all ingredients in food processor with enough warm water
