Rolade Daging (Beef Roulade)

Enough bread crumbs
Cooking oil
Sauce

margarine

tbsp
flour
Vegeta powder
white pepper powder, allspice powder, freshly grated nutmeg - all to taste

beef broth

sweet soy sauce
or more if you like sweeter sauce

flour mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Omelet
Heat oil, make omelet
Beef Roulade
Blender all ingredients
Spread onto aluminum foil
Place omelet, roll
Steam for 45-60 mins
Heat oil
Frying Beef Roulade
Unwrap roulade, roll into breadcrumbs
Roll into beaten egg, and roll it again on breadcrumbs
Fry for 3 minutes on all sides
Sauce
Melt margarine, stir in flour
Add in flavoring then pour in broth
Add in sweet soy sauce and thicken with flour solution
Serve roulade with sauce!
