Ingredients

  • 2 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 large zucchini cubed
  • 1 purple onion thinly sliced
  • Vegeta powder to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • A pinch or two ground cumin

Instructions

  • Mix everything and spread on aluminum foiled and sprayed sheet
  • Bake on preheated 400 F for 20 mins
