Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 sac of potaotes 5 lb, scrubs, wash, pat dry, quartered
  • 1 can clear chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup store-bought ready to use lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsps Hungarian Vegeta seasonings you can use chicken/beef/vegetable powder stock
  • 1 heaping tbsp store-bought minced garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 F
  • Place quartered potatoes into the roasting pan
  • Mix well the rest of the ingredients in a bowl then pour into potatoes. Stir well.
  • Cover and bake for 45 minutes
  • Uncover and bake longer for 15-30 minutes (depending of how tender and/or crisp the skins of the potatoes you like)
