Bring to boil quinoa in water, then simmer uncovered for 10-12 mins, until water absorbed
Saute onion, garlic, ginger in olive oil
Stir in baby carrot, cook for 2 mins, covered
Stir in 1/2-1 tsp sesame oil
Stir in soy curls and quinoa
Season with Maggi liquid seasoning, Vegeta powder and 1/2 bag of VH pad Thai sauce
Stir in 1 c frozen spinach, take off from heat
Serve immediately
