A big bowl of crushed ice
Instructions
Spray your pan cavities with grease
Mix dry ingredients
Whip wet ingredients
Add in dry ingredients and mix with balloon whisk - dont overmix
Fill up pans with the mixture, bake on preheated 350 F until knife inserted in center comes out clean
Ganache
Place chocolates in heatproof bowl, pour in water
Melt chocolate over double boiler
Set the bowl on ice bath and keep stirring until ganache consistency is reached
Attach the two sides of the turkey with the ganache
