Puding Kopi

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tbsp mung bean flour
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • Salt

Top Layer

  • 500 ml water
  • 1 heaping tbsp Nescafe instant granule
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 5-6 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pouch of agar-agar powder

Instructions

  • Mix all bottom layer ingredients into a pot, then bring to boil, it will get thickened. Spoon onto serving cups.
  • Now let’s prepare the top layer. Bring water to boil, with Nescafe in it, cook for 3 minutes long.
  • Meanwhile, still the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Once coffee has been boiled for 3 minutes, stir in the rest of the ingredients, and bring back to fully boil.
  • Take off from heat, stir a coupe of times, and with a ladle, pour coffee layer on top bottom layer. Chill for 3 H and ready to be served
