Ingredients

  • 796 ml fruit cocktail
  • 250 fruit juice
  • 650 water
  • 1 envelope of agar-agar powder
  • Social tea biscuits or digestive biscuits

Instructions

  • Strain juice from fruits, pour into a pot. Add in agar-agar powder, water, stir, and bring to boil
  • Spread fruit in jelly mold, then slowly pour in agar-agar liquid, let stand for 8-10 minutes, surface will somewhat firming up
  • Lay some biscuits on the very top, then chill until totally firmed up. Slice and enjoy.
