2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, wash and place in a pan that is filled with enough water
Bring to boil and simmer for 8 mins until tender but not mushed
Take off from heat and stir in 1-2 handful spinach, to soften
Drain potato and spinach, cool for 5 mins
Add in 2 tbsp mayo, 1 heaping tbsp sour cream, mix. Sprinkle some Hungarian Vegeta (if not salt and pepper) and 1-2 tbsp nooch (yeast)
