Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1-2 handful spinach
  • 2 tbsp mayo 1 heaping tbsp sour cream
  • Hungarian Vegeta if not salt and pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp nooch yeast

Instructions

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed, wash and place in a pan that is filled with enough water
  • Bring to boil and simmer for 8 mins until tender but not mushed
  • Take off from heat and stir in 1-2 handful spinach, to soften
  • Drain potato and spinach, cool for 5 mins
  • Add in 2 tbsp mayo, 1 heaping tbsp sour cream, mix. Sprinkle some Hungarian Vegeta (if not salt and pepper) and 1-2 tbsp nooch (yeast)
