Picadillo with Vegeta Rice

frozen mixed veggies
corn and peas, quick rinse
Enough water for the rice cooker
Picadillo

vegetable oil

medium onion

garlic

ground beef

bay leaf

large potatoes
cubed

large carrots

tin condensed tomato soup

tins water

tsp
dried parsley/parsley flakes

small bottle pickled capers
drain

beef cubes
bouillon

tbsp
sugar
Instructions
Heat oil and saute onion, garlic, cumin
Stir in ground beef and cook til browning
Add in bay leaf , potatoes and carrots
Pour in soup and water
Add in capers, season with parsley, cubes and sugar
Cook until potatoes soften
Serve with rice
