Perkedel Tahu

Indonesian tofu nuggets

Ingredients

  • 1 block of firm tofu
  • 1-2 eggs beaten
  • 1/3 c ghee
  • chicken bouillon powder to taste white pepper powder to taste, garlic powder to taste, a drop or two sesame oil
  • 1 can tuna in water drain
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh celery leaves
  • 1/4 c strong baker’s flour if not cornstarch

Instructions

  • Mix everything and shape into nuggets
  • Air fry at 350 F until browning and crisp
