Indonesian tofu nuggets

Ingredients

block of firm tofu
1-2
eggs
beaten
1/3
c
ghee
chicken bouillon powder to taste
white pepper powder to taste, garlic powder to taste, a drop or two sesame oil
1
can tuna in water
drain
1
tbsp
chopped fresh celery leaves
1/4
c
strong baker’s flour if not cornstarch
Instructions
Mix everything and shape into nuggets
Air fry at 350 F until browning and crisp
