Corned Beef Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 can corned Beef
  • 2 tsp crushed chives
  • 1 whole egg + 1 yolk
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1/4 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • A generous pinch cayenne powder
  • 1 egg white beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  • Preheat your oil, I am using electric deep fryer, you can use stove top as well
  • In a bowl, mix corned Beef, egg, yolk, flavoring powders, chives, and bread crumbs. Shape into balls, then somewhat flatten the balls
  • Roll the balls in beaten egg white, and fry in hot oil for 3-5 mins
  • Serve as is, with dipping sauce, or to accompany rice and soup
