Peppermint Kisses

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Hershey’s kisses
  • 1 c unsalted butter
  • 3/4 c icing sugar
  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract more for stronger, if you like!
  • 2 c strong baker’s flour

Instructions

  • Unwrap kisses, place in a bowl, and preheat oven to 350 F
  • Cream butter and icing sugar for 5 mins, until pale, then beat in peppermint extract
  • Mix in flour, until completely combined
  • Scoop per tablespoon and place on ungreased nonstick sheet, bake for 8-10 mins
  • As soon as out of the oven, press kisses
  • Move cookies to rack and let cookies cool completely and chocolate set/no longer soft, then store
